Web Training

We offer both scheduled web classes over individual FirePrograms modules as well as department customized web training opportunities. All you need to participate is a computer with an internet connection and a telephone. Both computer and phone participation are interactive between the instructor and all attendees.

Attendees log into the training session to follow along as the instructor utilizes a real-time version of FirePrograms and participates via phone for session audio. Because attendees follow along with the instructor, FirePrograms does not need to be installed on the computer used to attend the web session.

Department Customized Sessions

Your department can choose to schedule a four (4) hour customized web training session, which will be conducted over the Internet (see requirements above) on your individual computers for up to 14 department members.

The instructor will perform a needs assessment evaluation with a department representative prior to the session in order to determine the department’s goals and priorities for the training. An agenda will then be created by the instructor to help ensure that department objectives are met.

The cost for this four hour training option is $450.

Scheduled Module Sessions

Each session will be approximately two (2) hours long, cover the specified module, and is $150 per session per person.
