Common Features to both Packages
The features listed below are common to both packages.  They are added modules to make your job and record management easier.
   
Calendar:  This feature allows you to look at your department activities by month, day, week, etc.  Personnel birthdays to Incident Reports are displayed.
Email:  The email module contains both internal FirePrograms email as well as the ability to send and receive external email accounts.  Each user can customize their email settings.
Mapping:  The mapping module allows you to plot incidents, hydrants, locations, etc.  You can even create a snapshot containing response times on the map.
Print Reports:  The reports modules allow you to print and filter on standard system reports.  Within this module you have the ability to create custom reports which can be saved for future use.
Search:  The search feature allows you to search your entire database for your desired criteria.
