If cancellation is necessary, it must be done in writing.  If canceling 14 days or more prior to training session start date, then department will be entitled to a full refund of registration cost (minus $25 administration fee).  If canceling less than 14 days prior to training session start date, then 50% of registration fee(s) will be refunded.
