Adding/Creating a Custom Report Header

In this week’s issue we will cover how to adding & creating a customized report header.

1.       Create an image with your choice of program.  Make sure the image size is 0.85 inches tall and 7.75 inches wide.  If the image is smaller or bigger, the report will stretch or compress the image to fit in the space provided.

2.       Once image is created and saved – note the saved location.

3.       Open FirePrograms, from the FirePrograms desktop click Admin – Department Information

4.       On the Department Information screen, click the Report Header tab.

5.       You will see the default image displayed.  Click Select Image button.

6.       Browse to the location you saved your image to.

7.       Highlight Image name – click Open button.

8.       The Report Header screen will reappear with the new image displayed.  This image will now print on all reports printed.

9.       If you would like to not have a report header, click the Delete Image button to remove the image.

10.   Click Ok button to save all changes & return to the FirePrograms desktop.
