Support Methods
 

We have added a new feature within FirePrograms Version X & X.2.  This feature enables customers to contact our support department to submit questions, suggestions, etc.

 

Located on the FirePrograms Desktop is an icon labeled Support – clicking on this icon will display 2 (two) support contact options:  Phone Support & Email Support.


 

Phone Support Click on the Phone Support icon to display a window which contains computer & program related information.  This information is gathered so that you can easily answer any question one of our Customer Service  Representatives may ask you.  Then call 800.327.7638 for assistance.


Email Support:  Click on the Email Support icon to send an email to our Lead Tech.  Please complete all fields (especially the email address – as this is how we will contact you back – if you prefer a phone call please note this in the Comments section).  In the Comments section, enter your questions, issues, suggestions.  Please be as descriptive as possible.  Note any error messages received.
 

This email option will collect all of your system information as well as your comments and send an email to the appropriate person.  If someone is available at the time your email is received, we will email you a reply.  If not we will contact you on the next business day.
