In this issue we will cover how to use the Subtitle field in the Print Reports module. This field took the place of displaying what you filtered for on a report. |

Entering a Subtitle on a Printed Report 1. Open Print Report by double clicking icon. 2. Click the + beside Incident Reporting in the left hand window. 3. Click + beside System Reports 4. Highlight By Shift, Summary Report 5. Click on Filter Records button (top button). 6. Make desired filter selections. 7. Click OK to apply the filter. 8. In the Subtitle field (halfway down the left hand window), type the data you like to display below the title of the report. For example, I filtered for a date range so I would type: January 1, 2007 – September 30, 2007. 9. Click Preview Report button (2nd button from top). 10. Your report will now display with the text you entered for this report.
